Tomato Macaroni
So I decided to do a little cooking instead of crafting...
This recipe was made on the fly when goulash was on the menu, but forgot the hamburger. It's since become a family favorite!
1 - 8oz block of cheddar cheese (Any maybe used, but cheddar works best)
1 - 16oz box of macaroni (Or any other pasta of your choice)
1 - 46oz can of tomato juice
Onion powder
Garlic salt
Directions:
Cook pasta al dente to package directions; drain. Add tomato juice (You may not use it all, depending on how 'soupy' you want it) Cube cheese and add to pot. Heat mixture over low heat. Add onion powder and garlic salt to taste. You may use minced onion or garlic as well. Heat until cheese is melted and serve. Enjoy! It's very quick and easy!
